Megha Resort and Bibah Bhawan, one of the oldest wedding venue of Jorhat. Excellent facilities and interiors. Also need some upgradation over time.
It was really fantastic to check in at Megha Resort. The rooms are spacious, toilets are maintained properly, Neatness maintained. The staffs are also very cooperative with the clients. I highly recommend this to everyone who are coming to Jorhat for their official or personal purpose.
The rooms are not even worth 500 per night. 0 maintenance, the room was dusty and the bedsheets, towels, pillows, etc. were dirty. If you are visiting alone don't worry, you'll have companions in the form of cockroaches, mosquitoes, lizards, etc. During my sleep a cockroach crawled through my face 🤢. When we reached the hotel we got charged double the price of what we were told when we booked online. My suggestions to you, unless you don't have any other options left better choose another place.
Worst experience ever. I already booked the room online and paid the amount. But while checking in they demanded an extra 1000rs. When I refused to pay, they gave me the worst room. When I wanted to cancel the booking they said they will not refund the amount. The owner misbehaved with my family members. After a lot of arguments, they gave us a better room but there was no electricity for a long time, they didn't have generators, the bathroom door did not lock, the balcony door was locked from outside. In short if you are reading this review, DONOT VISIT THIS HOTEL. Sleeping in your car is better the staying in this hotel.
